I’ve had this Skilhunt H04RC since July 2020, and use it everyday for dog walking. It all of a sudden stopped working tonight. I did the obvious things like new battery and try a battery from a working light. Also clean the contacts, but nothing has worked. It’s been treated pretty gently.
Totally bummed! I don’t see anything obviously wrong with it, so I’m thinking whatever is the issue is inside on the circuit. Has anyone had experience getting warranty support on Skilhunts?
I bought a M150 that took a dump after a few months. Contacted Skilhunt and they got another one out ASAP. Never even asked for the broken one back.
That was the only contact I have ever had with them. Positive for sure though. Shoot them an email and see if they can help you out.
Skilhunt in my experience is very responsive. Just email them.
I’m a dealer here in New Zealand and they have given me the best customer service from any brand I’ve dealt it…response usually with an hour
