Hi,

I couldn’t find any other open threads on this, so I’m doing so. (If I did miss an opened thread, my bad, please delete this one or merge it if relevant comments were made).

Sunlikelamp is a well-known seller in this forum, I believe — a bulb craftsman. He continuously displayed a humorous and eccentric mood, and someone once said “he is character, but who [rightfully] takes great pride in his work” which I believe is accurate. I joined this forum precisely because I was interested in the reviews of his products — they seem to be the best bulbs I have ever seen both in spectrum, controller, and build quality.

The news arrived on September 3 via his Telegram channel (Telegram: Contact @sunlikenews). His father (I believe) explained his son had badmouthed a Goverment minister on the Internet and had got imprisoned.

I don’t know his products, but what an unfortunate turn of events. I hope he makes it back home safe both mentally and physically. Stories like these really make me appreciate our freedom of speech here in the US.
