This battery is long 75.4mm.

I'll list some chargers that fit protected 21700 batteries
(I have a Rofis protected 21700 battery that also measures 75.4mm in length)
you may want to check out:
- Xtar SC1 (for a low-cost single-bay fairly good charger)
- several Yonii (or rebrand as some Astrolux model) single/dual-bay chargers also fit protected 21700 battery, but some (not all) may not have proper charging termination (ie. continue to charge at very low charge current, which is still OK if remove very shortly after the charge indicator light turns green)
for more full-featured chargers that fit protected 21700 batteries, can check these:
- Vapcell S4 Plus
- Miboxer C4-12 v2 (2-button version)
- Xtar VC8 / VC8 Plus / VC4SL
- Nitecore UM2 / UMS2 / UM4 / UMS4
- likely there are more but can check out HKJ's table of reviewed charegrs
Xtar ST2 is an extremely fast charger (4 Amp max), but may not be needed or desired (it's main feature over other chargers is the 4 Amp charging; some of the other chargers I mentioned can charge up to 3 Amp; but usually 1.5-2A is my suggested charging current for 21700 batteries.)

The MBR 217P40S is quite expensive.
Why do you want it?
so what happened to miboxer?
they discontinued development and production of chargers
Miboxer chargers appear to still be alive (at least they appear to still be available in some online stores)
