Bought my little sipik few weeks back, and love the thing for the size and output. My 14500 are still on its way (hopefully). Noticed some manufacturers are making clones, but for 10$ Id like to buy the original. I bought mine from DE, but they have had a TON of delays and the list of dissatisfied customers stretches continents. So far on here, Ive read about Manafont, TomTop, and a few ebay sellers. Any of these places I should consider buying from? Seems ebay has the original sipik icon on the body.
I'll second the Ultrafire at Manafont. (Link for grey, but they have black too.) This one is a nice solid build. I ordered two from Ebay TomTop and they never arrived (Ebay initiated a refund). I did order two from Ebay US Seller CampingSurvivals (about $9 when I ordered) , but they feel kinda cheap in comparison (still decent though). I can't speak for an "original" Sipik branded one.
I order 2 off DD..one was 10.99 but the second I ordered was a 5.99 model..i'm going to compare them when they come in to see if they are the same..you have to buy the 5.99 through the wholesale section though but is pretty easy..
Well, finishing work earlier than anticipated can be good and bad. Less money, but more time to spend it. Just set up an account with Mana. and ordered a black Sipik. Iam sure the ultrafire is just find, and likely the same exact thing as the Sipik.

Re: Pounder. I was going to order the light from them, but the pic showed it being a clone. Ive dropped the sipik 3 times on concrete, and so far still humming. Would be interesting to see if you give us un update on how the cheaper one works in comparison. Waiting for my charger and batteries from DD. Maybe next week? (rubbing my hands together)
I got the unbranded one from eletrading on eBay and the thread with the guy saying it is better than them all I agree , I compared it to the ultra fire one and it was noticeably brighter and hotsotr throws better , build quality the same IMHO , like the other guy stated the lens is a bit wider and the slider will slide a wee bit further that is why the hotspur is more defined I believe, just my two cents , I was gonna sell it until I got my flames in and compared , pretty cool light , I just didn’t wnt to add another type of battery to my arsenal ,lmao
I’ve just bought Sipik Sk68 from http://electrogamer.com and so far so good. Delivery was very fast too. I don’t know if is original or not but have the Sipik logo on it and looks very good quality. Bought it for almost £10 was £15. I saw they have and Sipik HK82 but I chose SK68 because it’s smaller
