Prairie Fire T6-D7 reviews ??

Hey everyone,

Well its been awhile and haven't been keeping up on my news. So has anyone done a review on the Prairie Fire T6-D7?

I just got mine in after about 7 weeks. I filed a complaint with paypal then had to forward all my info to DX and guess what, it was shipped the next day.

This has happened to me a couple times with DX. If its been 4-5 weeks file a claim with paypal while you still can. Just know this going in and don't get upset about it if it happens to you.

Anyway I just got the light today and i'm really happy with it. I'm just curious if they are actually in stock now and if DX is shipping them out to everyone else? http://www.dealextreme.com/p/tb-d7-cree-xm-l-t6-8000k-900lm-5-mode-white-led-flashlight-1-x-18650-110262

PrarieFire? There's another new one. I don't think that's a name to move the product... Foot in Mouth

Nice looking light though! So where's your review??? With PICS!

It sounds like the XM LEDs won’t really be suitable for flashlight use. Pity…

Sorry no review here at least for a few days. Things have been insanely busy the last week. One thing I need to mention is the drivers on cheap LED's are often junk and go out a week or two later.  I have only played around with it for the last hour or so but my short lame review goes like this...

Name .... 3 out of 10 star

build ..... 7.5 out of 10 star

Finish     9 out of 10 star

Value     10 out of 10 star

For the price I think this beats the socks off the KD xml t6.

Hey, this is it, this is the light I got in the mail today. I didn't have a clue what it was when it arrived, I think I ordered it in early december. So what is the scoop, I'm at work and have not even had a chance to put batteries in it yet.

I must have had a good reason for ordering it, but I can't remember what that would have been.

BTW, I want a really tight-beamed thrower, but it has to be named "ZombieFire". Something as bright as the sun...

Rats, finally sold my 2010 509hp Mustang...now I can buy more lights!

Sold the red one too! Now guess what I drive, doing my penance for 500 hp commuters...

Cool, I'm glad to see some other people are getting them. Mine came with the lanyard hole drilled about 3/4 the way through and the lanyard in the box. Not a big deal but WTF ? LOL

Cancelled mine due to extended waiting time. I am interested to see how it puts out.

Looks like a lot of light for the price. Can't wait for some numbers.

I'm very curious to hear about this light.  Anyone measure tailcap currents?  Feedback on throw, heatsinking, etc . . .?

Ah, thanks Troop!  I saw that thread Friday and must have missed following it over the weekend (and probably lost it in the bringing up of old threads from the spammer).  Sounds like a really good deal for the price!

Yeah , been waiting a long time : Looks like the last light I order from DX ... Been almost 2 months , and there ignoring my update requests ..

Always remember , the easiest thing in the world to do , is to expel hot air from your lungs and through some vocal chords ..
The resulting sound may , or may not be worth listening too ….
