Almost brand new… used once about 2 years ago when I got the itch. Has been sitting on a display shelf since, included dust at no extra charge. Condition 9.9. Upgrade kit not installed. Kids used original packaging for a Lego fort, but will ship with a ton of bubble wrap in properly sized box.
