By browsing indiegogo . I just found TINI2 SPECIAL EDITION.

I believe that it is related to the amount of things being shipped at this time of the year, due to Xmas.
If it is a “priority” to get the flashlight, maybe try other sellers then (eventually local one), if they have it.
I pointed out those options at aliexpress since you mentioned it was out of stock.

Just for giggles I looked at the indigogo page, less than 3% funded with 8 days to go. Which means it’s not likely to be successful.
