Are you sure you have SW45k instead of SW40? I don’t see SW45k listed on their website.

I feel bad for FF.

Is perhaps not the most inspiring company motto. If I needed another flashlight, I’d probably give them a sympathy purchase.

I’m quite sure. SW45K’s were offered previously but that changed a couple of months ago I believe. That is why I bought this one used.

Indeed, the auxiliary LED light is too bright. I would loosen the tail cap just to get rid of the bright light when I am not using the flashlight.

I bought my FF E07 (2021 new?) on Banggood, where there is no option to buy the short 22430 tube.

Still waiting to hear more about how “special” the E07X will be.

My solution for the aux LED’s is to put the light in lockout at night with the aux LED’s set to off. The switch LED’s are still brighter than I would like but they’re much less problematic.

I imagine the 22430 battery & tube are only available direct from Fireflies.

Now this very interesting flashlight model goes into my acquisition list for the upcoming Lunar New Year Sale — if there is going to be one on FF’s portal. If not, then I will look for it elsewhere.

I zoomed in on the box, and there was a blurb about fireflies being negligible but they light up the darkness.

The other version is way more interesting.
