Is the output regulated on the 2,000lm mode?

Do you have plans for a 26800 battery tube?

What is the NB90.16 LED?

I’ve bought the light and hope for good tint and output. Turbo lasts only 30 seconds, but 11000 lumens are very impressive. Hope the other tailcaps I own from Amutorch do the trick to have a tailswitch.

Robert

In turbo mode, 11600lm can be maintained for 30 seconds, then it will stabilize at 2000lm.
And I’m afraid we have no plans for a 26800 battery recently.

Probably not. It’s likely running at 30+ amps.

First of all, wish you to receive the same light, that you have ordered, because this was not the case with me, and also Amutorch did not offer adequate solution: “”Upgraded” XT45 story”:Negative Amutorch experience

Thanks to Yokiamy I got XT45 with clicky - inside is Omten switch - the taicap will be depending on how many amps the swich can survive. I was really surprised as tail current is ~20A, but may be this was the reason for the “upgraded” version, where they removed the tail switch.

How low does infinitely variable go? I hope it goes lower than 410 lumens :person_facepalming:

The range of infinitely variable brightness is from 45 lumens to 1700 lumens, what do you think? 4 days left only…

What is the NB90.16?

it’s a 16-core high performance LED

Love this light. I’ ll have to second this :+1:

Who makes the LED and why is it not discussed more on this forum? I would think you guys would be all over this

Not a lot is known about these LEDs yet, and not readily available yet.

See here for discussion of some of these new Chinese LEDs. Tom E did some investigation of the 16 chip one linked near the bottom of the first post.

Many of these new emitters are new to everyone and very little is known about them. Exciting times though!

Is the low mode regulated?

I think it’s SFH55. Images are blurry, but 16 core led, drawing over 20A at 3-4V, capable of some sbt90 level lumens (and then some), what else can it be?

Hello, I would like to treat myself to the XT45 with the NB90 LED, is there currently a discount code?
