I've carried this with me a bit and it has a few nicks (see pictures) but the annodizing is so good it looks like defects in the aluminum, not missing anno. :) Unfortunately I threw out the box without emptying it first and as a result the spare o-rings and split ring are missing. I have cracked open the bezel and replaced the stock lens o-ring with a GITD one, but I will include the stock one. I have no idea if the GITD one has affected the waterproofness, so if its a concern, I would recommend being careful about taking it for a swim without the stock one in there. The light functions perfectly and this is the latest iteration (as far as I know) and it has a spring for the positive contact, so all 18650s should work.
The holster was something I saw recommended on CPF and can be found here. It was shortened and the diameter is just right that with the light inserted from the bottom, it locks into place with the nub for the split ring (should be able to see from the pics). Its actually pretty slick. The stock clip will be included, I'm just not a fan of "clip-on" clips.

Apparently. I've bought from numerous american citizens who have never mentioned it being a problem at all. If it is such an issue I apologize for my comments in this thread.
If you ship with USPS they make you fill out a customs declaration form and they rape you on the shipping. Maybe UPS is easier I don't know but I live 4 hours from the border and I can ship stuff across the country to California cheaper than to Montreal 6 hours a way using USPS.
Its not a problem at all, but when an item is priced including shipping to the US, the price is not going to be the same when i am going to incur greater costs (mostly time and some money). That's why is was listed as US only since the amount of money that makes it worth it for me, doesn't make it a deal for international buyers.
Wow I just use a waterproof padded envelope from walmart or a small box , I never buy there boxes it’s a ripoff IMHO ,Canada is easy , now the buyer must know they may have to pay duties but it’s never happened to me
Yeh u r sending it wrong just put it in a freebie priority box and give them the address , easy , just my two cents no flat rate box is necessary , really just box it up and put his address on it and mail it ,it’s easier thus way and a bit cheaper , I’m sure the buyer will send u the extra if there is some
