This light sure has great potential. Price is excellent and modding options are vast.

I did see that skylumen offers a Tape Mod to the stock FWAA optic. I dont know how that works, and have not seen a photo of the beam before and after.

dont understand.. the LED is not a standard size. Any modding will require a different mcpcb, such as the one the FWAA uses

I am more interested about driver, body, pocket clip and tail switch, maybe optics too. Also I seen lot of 2323 size in certain light bulbs and vehicle lights. Even Samsung makes some. But surely I will tear mine apart immediately and go from there.

It’s same leds as in Sofirn LT1S. Look the other thread related to this, even though that uses CSP1919 leds. Lumintop E05C sidelight also got 4×2020 leds or similar size.
I think they are made by Samsung.

Probably swappable with E21As as those CSP LEDs tend to use similar land patterns, still, how about dropping the actual part name ?

1919 is different than 2323 which is also different than 3535

they each have different size and arrangement of the solder pads

we cannot put a 219b nor 519a (they are 3535) into a Wurkkos TS10, unless we change the mcpcb

Well footprint and led die size can be different. So 1919 has probably some edges around the die so footprint is 2323.

I doubt we even want to change mcpcb if aux-leds are integrated on that, but time will tell.

519a fit in all the standard optics of 3535 as long as they are dedomed, no? I thought it was just a height issue.

I’m in for a TS10. I hope they don’t glue the bezel (hint, hint), have high aux drain, and that it won’t only come in black!

Huh. that’s very sparce info on emitters. Mentions CRI but not CCT. Won’t even say anything besides CSP, whatever that is. Looks like it won’t be a favourite for modding then, for those of us who wanted to mod it with 519A’s or the like. I was expecting something along the lines of 219C’s or LH351D’s, so these 2323 emitters are certainly a surprise

About color temperature. LT1S used 2700-6500k leds and looking that prototype video this might be 5000-6500k. I can see blue in that.
Maybe they offer different color temperature options at some point, but you can always swap them. I hope.
