Honestly can’t answer since I only have 4500K. So nothing to choose from (yet!).

Would be interesting to see this poll return in a while once the different 519A CCTs have become more common. There’s ongoing group shipping from Clemens, Simon has a load incoming early next month and Hank also has them planned. Once individual persons start getting/putting them in, there’s probably a lot more input to this poll.

I have a feeling for me it’ll be every dedomed version.

Wish Simon would be selling the 2700K version since that would be my first choice to dedome, but second best will be 3000K. Now I have to decide how many more flashlights I want/need to build.

I’d rather use my flashlight around the house than turn on the lights.

Ive come to the same general conclusion. Except in some reflectors with wider openings at the bottom.. the V11r for example, has a better beam domed than dedomed. A Tir would solve that, but I have not found a match yet.

dedomed 3000K:

the 25 degree pebbled Tir that Ive been using in the Thrunite Ti3 V2 mods, works beautifully in the Tool.. really happy about that!

the Tir is on Aliexpress, search term 20pcs CREE XP 3535 LED Lens 11.7mm white holder, will find it..

domed 3000K:
.
I will dedome if I find a Tir.. the reflector is 18mm diam, 14.5mm tall.. have not found a match, yet..

No votes for the sm403 dedomed, anything wrong with it? I was looking forward to the tungsten balanced 3200K.
