This is a faulty kit of DL70 , brand new appearance but Internal assembly problem.

Due to assembly problems,this small batch of inventory was found to be malfunctioning after use, and we placed those inventory in a warehouse in Poland.

The problem is: the LED board is not completely flat on the lamp holder, so there is a problem with heat dissipation, and it is easy to burn out in high output.
If you can disassemble and reassemble it yourself, it can be repaired into a normal flashlight, if not, you will get 2 pieces 26650 batteries, 1 USB charger, and 4 pieces XHP50.2 LED

Islands or distant countries cannot be arranged, or need to pay shipping charges (from $4-$10)

Thanks for posting this here. For this price I’ll have a go at trying to fix it. Satisfaction if it works. If not, at least 2 batteries and some parts.

Just so you know…it’s well sealed. A heat gun is your friend here…

So we only need to add more thermal paste or we also need to grind the LED plate with sandpaper?

I grabbed one to put my strap wrenches and heat gun to the test.

The screw is not fully tightened resulting in incomplete contact, and thermal paste will need too

The Wurkkos 26650 battery is not perfectly fit to DL70 battery tube. There is a small clearance between the battery and tube and you can hear the shaking inside while holding the Flashlight unlike with DL40 it fits well..

That is “normal” – I’ve seen battery rattle in dozens of flashlights. You need some extra space because not all batteries have the same diameter. Just wrap a piece of paper around the battery one or two times. I’m using thin plastic sheets.

Looks like the site is trying to force me to use Paypal. Creditcard options don’t work. Pity.

EDIT: finally managed ordering the light. Let’s say “intuitive” isn’t the first word I can think of describing the whole procedure. Seems like all payments to Wurkkos are run by Paypal. But at the end I managed to get the order payed with my credit card.
