I bought and Paid for the IF22A Twice — both times the seller didn’t like that he had to wait 21 days for his money from Paypal — So he refunded me and had me send the money to a different account — Second time same as the first — He refunded me —Totally Ridiculous on his part
I said at the beginning of our conversation I don’t use PayPal because I’m not established on there like I am with Venmo yet I still tried to accommodate you to the best of my ability. I have a business account on Venmo and they offer purchase protection just like PayPal does.
Maybe you should get with the times and be open to other payment services if you want to purchase someone elses light? Don’t forget YOU messaged ME about my light
Whoa…. After a couple of PM’s back & forth with me telling you I had no interest in opening a Venmo (or any other) account, you told me you had solved YOUR PayPal problem.
You mean it is still not working properly?
YOU are the one offering lights for sale. Maybe it is YOU who needs to get with the program.
I have bought various things on line for 20+ years. Most everyone took PayPal. AND the very few that DID NOT stated that clearly in their sale post. That way there was no misunderstanding.
Personally, I have ZERO interest in opening some other account to use one time to buy a light from you that I really do not need anyway.
Your first mention of your Paypal issues was upon my first refund — then you contacted me again, saying you had solved your problems — I took the time to again pay you , all just to get another refund — All because you can’t wait the 21 days to get paid — Keep your light
I never acted as though you were talking to me. I made it crystal clear I was talking about MY conversations with YOU.
I could care less about someone else.
BUT, what I find STRANGE is that I am not the only one that YOU have had this issue with.
Random question…what’s with the 21-day pause in transfer? I’ve never encountered or heard of that on PayPal after hundreds of transactions with businesses and individuals, G&S or F&F, either way. Just curious in case I ever run into it in the future.
Happens to account’s with long periods of inactivity or new account.
In my case it was a long period of inactivity because I swore off PayPal a long time ago as an ex ebay seller. Tried to get around the 21 day hold by closing my account and making a new one but it didn’t work.
