Do you like the 4000K headlamp? From Cyansky HS5R headlamp

The Cyansky new headlamp HS5R, it`s 6500K SFT40 led.

Now we make a new type, use the 4000K new LED, will be lower around 100lm than the 6500K SFT40 LED, at 1200lm, will you like it?

Absolutely

Yes, in fact I’d buy it faster than the 6500K version.

off course :+1:

You bet… when I wear one max output is not what I look for, I look for a light that will render what is in front of me fairly accurately.

Sounds good to me!

I like the SFT40 emitter the most, and I prefer 4000K to 6500K any day of the week.

Yes, the 4kk led is more preferable.

4000k with high CRI is preferable but if it’s still going to put out a spot rather than a wide floody beam then no. The armytek C2 WR warm is about 4000k although it is not a high CRI. I’ve used it a few times in the last month on red because while on white various bugs started hitting me in the face and eyes within 5 seconds of turning it on. Red was problem free with the bugs. Red is not ideal for walking over unknown or rough terrain though.

Why not? It sounds good to me

I would not buy any headlamp with 6500k emitter. I like the fact yours is relatively throwy and certainly would consider it with 4000k.

The warm light Wizards (about 4kK) are quite popular, probably due to ATs choice of really good binnings. This can be messed up easily.
