So let me start with I know zero about this field. I’m just a biz owner/investor looking to make a new product. I want to make a laser light for my side by side when I race at night. Needs to run on 12v. Have a very strong visible beam that goes at least a few hundred feet high. Needs to be able to handle extreme shock and vibrations. Can possibly partner on it with right person or am otherwise happy to pay for a prototype to be made.

I used to watch an anime TV show called Fullmetal Alchemist.
