Anyone got one of these with the SBT90.2 in?
What do you think? Do you wish you’d gone for a different emitter? Was it worth the money, as the SBT90.2 almost doubles the cost of the light.
I’d be curious to know the difference between it and KR1 with SBT90.2.
I’d like to know too. I have a KR1 with a W2 in it. Nice light bar turning on in your pocket, which is a major PITA!

My next question would be. Does the D1V2 turn on in your pocket? This is my biggest complaint with the KR1 and means it is more of a shelf Queen than an EDC. I’m really hoping the D1V2 doesn’t turn on in your pocket, else it too would be a useless paperweight. But with the SBT90, it would be a very expensive paperweight!

I don’t have the KR1 but I do have the KR4 which I think has the same button design. It does seem prone to accidental activation. I carry mine less as a result, but there is a workaround in the form of the lockout mode Anduril has. Four clicks from Off to lock the light and 4 to unlock it again. Not perfect, but at least you can do that with one hand more easily than screwing the tailcap tight after loosening it.
Regarding D1V2 buttons, they look similar to the D4V2 buttons. Mine have been pocket-activated maybe once or twice ever. I do choose the raised ring around the button and this is also dependent on what you stuff in your pocket with the light. In an empty pocket I think there is very little chance it will activate by accident. I notice that there is no option to choose raised or flat button rings on the D1V2. I think it comes with a raised button ring by default, I’m not sure. Maybe someone else can verify.
