I bought this about 3 years ago. Lightly used. There is a bit of wear on the clip where what I assume is nickel plating is worn off the stainless. No scratches on body but there are cosmetic marks from use. The lens is flawless. Battery not included. Asking for $35 plus shipping to continental USA.
Which emitter?
I am not sure. Comparing to my other lights it seems like it might be 6000K, though. Probably a Cree, I can see that the corona of the beam has a slight green tint. The center is nice and white.

I got the light tonight. As OP said it got few scratches and here and there, but other than that it it good to go EDC. I love D25C ti and it will be one of my rotation. Thanks.
