‘ultra low’ isn;t very low at 12 lumens
That is a fair observation. Definitely not a night stand torch. I suspect it may have something to do with the fact that the E70 Mini utilizes a boost driver with 3x 3V emitters in a row. Maybe that caused difficulties in getting a lower low.
