In the market for a couple convoys and wonder how much better it is then astrolux ft03s w s bt90

Don't own either light but do have experience with Astrolux--their quality control is not great and is known to downgrade components without notice. If you want something that lasts, I would pick Convoy.

I don’t have them but my guess is that there won’t be lots of difference in output. I’m a fan of both Convoy and Astrolux/ Mateminco.

The SBT90.2 that you refer to is the king.

WT90 was an excellent suggestion that outclasses both the Astrolux and the Convoy. Get that instead.

I already have the FT03s sbt90 in copper, great looking light and impressive power but i know the sbt90 can do more.
Are there any coupons for the WT90? i found deal for around 150 on aliexp, Is that the best price to expect?

I think the lowest was 130. There was a coupon, not sure if it still works.

If you’re okay with 18650 instead of 21700 I’d suggest the Acebeam K65 GT over the Wildtrail WT90 as it has better build quality and a superior buck driver vs the basic inefficient FET driver in the WT90.

It does have a little less throw (1682m vs 1758m) but not enough to really matter

Just got the wt90 and wow. Almost looks like it’s 2x as bright as the ft03. I have about 800m of open farm land to test it on. Just a quick one last night but very impressive
