What are you looking for in a trade?

Hard to answer because my interests are broad but my preferences are specific. I guess I was hoping people would list anything they were trying to shift.

The brands I have experience with are Thrunite, Sofirn, Convoy, Emisar, and Fireflies. I would at least consider most host and emitter combos I don’t have.

Most lights I buy fit into one of these categories:

  • edc pocket light
  • light for taking walks about 1 hr long.
  • easily giftable having built in charging and easy to use UI

Yea, but probably not till tomorrow sometime. All the walls in my apartment are an off-white with texture so I’ll probably bring the light to work and take pictures on my lunch break.

The texture doesn’t matter much. It’s just to see if there’s any beam artifacts.

Also is paypal G&S ok?

Oh I don’t think you’re going to like it then. Dedoming the emitters added more artifacts along the perimeter. If this were a D4V2 I’d put a frosted Carclo on it but I believe FF uses custom optics so it’s not as simple.

I’m aware of the star effect from dedomed 519a and doesn’t bother me, I meant the rest of the beam.

I want to be as transparent as possible. In person I think it looks worse than in these pictures. But you should be able to get some idea of the uniformity, or lack thereof.
