I am interested in knowing about this Streamlight Key Mate. I watched some Youtube videos about it but it leaves me with more questions than answers.
What batteries does it take?
Does anyone have pictures of it disassembled?
Can the clip be removed?
Was there an incan version once upon a time? I ask this because I remember seeing some light such as this in 1996 or so but it was priced more than I could afford at some hardware shop or something.

It takes button cells. I tend to stay away from button cells but, if you don’t mind then go for it.
Think they are like $15 on Amazon.
Yeah I don’t mind button cells after I got used to buying CR123 which is a weird size that is hard to source nothing phases me now. In fact any size button cell is generally easy to find compared to AAAA or CR123. Now if I can them from Varta or Renata is another story….
