Which of These 18650s Would be Best for a ThruNite TN12?

Hello,

The battery is for a ThruNite TN12 that's a working light, run every day on medium in an auto detailing shop for inspections until it goes dim. Looking for the safest battery that will run the longest between charges.

Have narrowed it down to three 18650s. Callie's Kustoms 3100 W/PCB, Callie's Kustoms 2250 IMR, and HIMAX 2600.

Am pretty sure the Callie's Kustoms 3100 will run the longest but am confused about the relative safety between that and the 2250 IMR which I've read is a "safer" technology, but is not protected. Safety is the most important criterion so if the 2250 IMRs are safer based on how the light would be used, they'd be preferable even if not the longest lasting. My third choice, the HIMAX 2600, is there because if it's tied for safest with the protected 3100, I can buy almost three for the price of one CK 3100.

Data on current usage for ThruNite TN12 here: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?323879-Review-of-ThruNite-TN12-with-measurements-and-outdoor-beamshots

Would appreciate it if someone more knowledgeable would enlighten me :)

I would select a Panasonic NCR18650A based battery (i.e. one of the 3100mAh batteries). Panasonic has done a lot for safety in that cell.

For my own use I decided to get some from intl-outdoor:

Thank you; bought some!
