The second one is a Miller ML-103 which has a power supply port instead of the mini USB port. It comes with a power supply.

Another option, if it is 1 amp per bay it would be good, if it is 1 amp in total (0.5 amp a bay)  it still would be a lot quicker to use the single bay charger i reviewed and linked above.

At lest it too has a common power cord easy for us Aussie's to swap out, same for the guys in Europe And it looks like it has a female plug on the side for 12 volt cigarette lighter.

So approximately what's the charge time of a 26650 5000mAh @1A and @1.5A?

Aprox 5 hours @ 1.5 amp, but this will depend on how low you have drained the cell.

Earlier today got a reply from Manafont, the double trustfire charger is 1 amp per bay, it would be a good buy to me if you needed a 26650 charger a big bonus would be it does not have a fixed power cord like some or an external power supply with a foreign country wall plug so you can easily swap it and maybe (looks like) if it takes cigarette lighter cord with a small male plug of the end as i have heaps of spares of both.

benckie,

I’m sure you know there are plug adapters to solve your power plug adapter issue. it’s only $1. They are available with 2 or 3 prong.

Following Manafont’s instructions, I ordered the above SKU# (US plug) stating on checkout that I wanted the version with EU plug.

Not shure if the same goes for other countries.

As Manafont eventually failed to ship the charger with the requested Euro plug, I bought the adapter and, contrary to my expectations, it makes a perfectly solid combined plug. No need to replace the molded US one.
