I knew I saw them before - here at Manafont for more money. Don't seem worth the chance to me. Yesterday there was a thread about new batteries at BuyInCoins and there were some 2600mAh Sanyo's that sounded great (if real). Note the price is for one battery so not the "steal" price like your link.

I have a pair of the unprotected Palight 18650s on the way from MF, and will be able to let folks know just how bad they are in a week or so. (At $6.20, I decided I could take one for the team ). Also two unprotected Samsung 2800s to replace the crap batteries in the emergency chargers from goldengadgets.

For $6.20, you can get protected Himax 2600's from Ebay, and those come highly recommended.

That's 2 cells for $5.86. But they yet be filled with horse 5hit for all we know (LiShit) we shall see.

Short answer: I wouldn't bother with them even for free unless you have a very low-drain device (and probably not even then).
