I stuck a iTP A1 in my cart. Only $1.23 shipping in US. That's a pretty sweet deal. Not even $15 for the A1 shipped.
I loads for me, albeit slowly. According to their website, they're based in Ohio. And they're using Domaindiscreet which in itself isn't all that unusual but I thought I'd mention it.

You haven't read the many complaints? Horrible twisty action. Its not smooth and binds, which causes the modes to jump unexpectedly and uncontrollably as you twist it for "on". No advanced lubricants resolved the problem and didn't seem to for others... I sold mine on fleabay. You're right, its the worst heat conductor or the 4 elements.
I have the (Al) A1, A2 and A3. My A2 was defective and caused the same mode jumping because of the binding threads, but not nearly as bad as the TI. I simply returned it and got another A2.
I paid $50 for all 3 delivered from https://gearupeurope.com but had to email sales to make the offer. You might be able to get even better deals from them now that the light isnt so new on the market.

Shipping does not kill this deal. ITP A3 costs $11.36. Shipping is $1.23. Total=$12.59. That's a sweet deal.
