$29.20 Luxmeter w/decent reviews. Good enough or pass?

Mastech Digital Illuminance Luxmeter LX1330B 0-200,000 [or $28.70 from another vendor]

At least a few places sell this at the $80 retail price, but... does anyone know if this is a step above the usual overseas fodder and/or useful for measuring flashlights? If this provided 90% of the functionality of $150+ models I'd be more than happy.

For those with relatively expensive luxmeters, could you see yourself being reasonably satisfied with something a little less accurate?

A lot also depends on the flashlight themselves as well as measuring conditions (distance, temp). So i would not be too worried. When doing ceiling bounce comparisons with other flashlights (relative measurements), they'd all basically work the same from the $25 ones to the $300 ones.

Thanks for the feedback! It seems like I've read the have-nots bemoaning the cost of ownership for a decent one, but maybe that's old school.
