N-Korea ballistic missle FAIL!

Sorry, news is a bit late (was busy). But i expected more. LOL!

They should try engaging amateurs or something like that. I mean the North Koreans have way more budget.

A few ft more and he wouldnt have had any chance to get that video..^^

Wow! I wonder what the motor designation was.

Biggest I have personally seen launched was "N".

Biggiest rocket I have ever launched is a big ~ 0.5 pound one with 2" shell. Rocket fireworks. hehe.... Yeah pretty loud. Must be very mindful of safety, they are absolutely not toys.

No sh**, N motors are already way up there. Did you watch that Loud Dangerous Rocket Ships program hosted by the lady?

I like spark shower ones...

Here's how they do it here in South East Asia.

Interesting! That ring is about 20 metres in diameter (go to the end of the video), so it's quite big.

Actually, they celebrated because their govt. didnt tell them it failed. Nobody in that HUGE crowd of people who were celebrating knew the launch failed.

Having said that, reporters interviewed one person in the crowd, and told him the launch failed, and asked him how it made him feel. This guy said he didnt know the launch failed, and it made him feel like a failure as well, but that, success only comes from learning from your failures. I thought it was an awesome answer.

All countries have failed before they have succeeded. I actually wish them the best. The media here in the US is trying to turn it into propoganda, like they always do. But were are used to it, and dont fall for it anymore.

That is a standard textbook phrase that we folks in the East (particular Chinese) use so as to beautify things.

You can get ornaments about that phrase as well in the shopping markets if you visit China or something....

Wow. You ruined it for me. Haha.

I totally agree with the attitude. But in this case, what I read said that the flight wasn't long enough for them to learn anything new.

In that case, I suppose someone should allow you to understand humor.

Very cool video!

Probably the story of my life

gets it up for a minute, it explodes and it's over LOL

--Saw a hilarious comment in yahoo...--

"Headline in North Korea the day after rocket launch - Rocket Self Destruct Function - Glorious Success!!"

Here's my favorite rocket photo. Actually just a "K" motor. And yes, that's me... and no photoshopping was involved.

That's a great photo.

Humor helps!

for the record...there was no cursing.

Unless its been deleted and I missed it, I’ve not seen anything in this thread that is political?

It was marked as spam and appropriately deleted.

Hopefully this will sum it all up and you guys will stop arguing with him. You're just wasting your time...
