Tempting...Price is great, even if just to harvest the XML's and use the body for modification.

They just wanted to clear out the older inventory with the driver problems.

The newer models have been corrected and are now driven much harder.

It seems the deal is back on at $54.44 each and the seller has plenty of stock.  I'm kind of over super floody lights, but I don't have anything in my collection quite like this one.  My finger is on the trigger.  Advice?

Videos here and here.

Favorable reviews on Manafont.

Tint looks very white ~6000Kish

Pretty decent throw for a multi-XML torch.

Isn't 3.55 amps really low for 2 x 18650's as with my TR-J12 brought from manafont I'm getting 6.5 amps on 2 panisonic NRC18650A'S. My DDM is normally a under reader so my driver could be faulty but it puts out some dam light

Isn't this an incredible deal?  I'm ready to jump, but i need to figure out the battery situation.  What is everyone using for the 26650 batteries and charger?  I'm hoping to get a killer light/charger/26650battery combination for <$80.

I tested this charger not long ago, I thought it was good.

Well it can be hard to tell these days, but really 3.55 amp on 2 x 18650 is not bad as that's 7.10 amp if it was a single cell light, the torch is ment to be digitally regulated at 7.5 amps so one would think 3.55 is good. But the tr-3t6 is digitally regulated at 3 amps and wil pull this on 2 x 18650,s so around 6 amps if it was a single cell. But we know the driver is around 5.6 amps. So then one could think if the tr-j12 is regulated at 7.5 amps and if it was like the other genuine tr lights it would be 6 or 7 amps on two cells. All I know is mine is bloody bright and eats batteries and needs to be run on 3 cells for decent run time and for the sake of the batteries as even on redilast or Panisonic cells it is drawing more then 2C p  2 x 18650's and is putting out more then 3 times the light of my tr-3T6.
