Modify a 4.2v Charger to be a 4.3 (or 4.35v) Charger?

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible to modify an existing 4.20v Li-Ion charger to terminate at 4.30v or 4.35v? It would be nice if an existing (inexpensive) Li-Ion charger could be opened up and a trim pot adjusted to adjust the termination voltage. Any chance of doing this?

i am not mentioning again the dream charger

so that you cannot complain about me/it again to the admin

I've seen Comfy's post on the CC/CV board. I guess the worst case scenerio could be be to tear out the inards of a cheap charger and place that board inside (though I'd like to see that board have a cut-off and stop charging and figure out what that 3rd pot does).

I think HKJ said that some charging IC’s termination voltages can be adjusted by some resistors.
