The pill has been shortened, a copper centre slug installed, sheet copper lined and brass driver ring soldered.
A strip of copper tape on the outside to keep the MCPCB centered and silicone cube against the internal driver.
Copper 0.3mm disc soldered onto driver contact. 22AWG silicone wire is used.

I used 2.5mm copper wire to make a ring and other flashlight parts to make another screw in collar.
Felt strips in the battery tube to stop any rattle.

Aluminium switch housing was filed out, copper lined, transparent washer glued in place and brass ring soldered on with spring.
The rubber boot surround has an extra angled stainless steel insert and the boot itself has black silicone in it to give more of a lighted ring effect.

Complete.

Beautiful!

Another awesome build!!

Sweet build :+1: How come you used LD-A4 and not LD-B4 ?

CRX where did you get that pocket clip?
