That's a very nice move of them. We'll see what the future brings, I guess. :)
Getting past the bumps is part of the cost of change . . . and good . . it’s really tough to cover all of the potential issues and questions when looking for a new virtual home.
To be fair, I haven’t had too many other technical issues with them, and most of the other periods of downtime have been mostly my fault. So, yes, it’s part of the learning process.
