PRIZE UPDATE! One of the UltraOKs is ultra-not-ok. So the second prize is a Jacob A60!

Well, this is my 1024th post (still around 1/5th of a Scaru-yakity-yak). Time to give something away. Since 1024 is a nice binary number, let’s give away two things. Winners selected by random number generator sometime around 2 Jan 2013. All comers welcome. One entry per member, unless you are Lumatic, that insane little bugger gets to make two entries. Post an “I’m in” or some such drivel message in this thread to enter. The decision of the judges is final. Must be at least 0 years old to enter. No zombies or yetis allowed.

And the prize is an UltraOK 5 mode mofo thrower of a light complete with the oh-so-sexy bling ring and glow in the dark boot (and a craptastic UltraFire 3000 mAh (yeah, right) protected (probably) LiCo cell).

Low: 16 lumens
Med: 75 lumens
High: 150 lumens
Strobe: 8 Hz
SOS: who cares, you’re dead before anybody will help you
PWM: 204 Hz
Color temp: 7600K (corpse face blueish)

The light does not have a driver spring… it needs a battery with a button top. Even batteries with a low button don’t work.

You can’t use the base number. Rightfully you should give 10 items since 1024 = 2^10. But I presume you also count the SMD components in the driver, so I’m in.
