18650 P60 size with side switch?

It doesn’t have to actually take P60 drop-ins (would be great if it did however) but what is a budget 18650 that is roughly the size of a P60 but with a side switch?
Also, I’d need to be able to get behind the front lens to diffuse it.

No experience, but a quick DX search came up with this.

It says cr123a's though, not sure if it will be wide enough for an 18650, or if it's just because of the drop in included.

I´ll just throw something that I´ve seen recently:

This might be smallest:

I can't tell if any of those are p60, although they might accept a p60 pill.

Feel free to include some that aren’t quite budget but are not too expensive either.
I already have a Uniquefire L2 (so think Solorforce type of P60). I have a Thrunite XP-G 3 mode (no strobes) in it. It has 3 good brightness levels including a low of 2.5 lumens or something like that.
It has no crenelations, fins, etc. I have put a forward clicky in it.
The only problem is that I would like a similar light with a side clicky.
What are the Sunwayman, Baeder (sp?) and other lights that may have side switches. I’m not looking for magnetic rings however.
I just don’t know much about this category of light.

Yep, and some of them are zoomable.

I cannot remember seeing a P60 host with sideclicky.

It doesn’t have to be P60 but just something close to it in size. In other words no C8’s.
Since we’re not on CPF, it can be most anything. I just don’t need custom built lights being recommended at hundreds of dollars
Is the Zebralight SC600 all there is?

Have you looked at the Ultrafire UF-T50 ? It's a bit shorter than a P60 while still maintaining decent throw by virtue of its SMO reflector.

Yes, thanks. I’m now considering that. I’m not interested in throw (for this light) so that’s not an issue. Actually I’d like to know if the bezel is removable so I can diffuse behind the front glass lens.
It would be nice if this light got a bit lower on low but it’s looking like a nice light.

What old4570 said. One of my favorite lights, and one of the most attractive.

The side clicky is a little bit sensitive, so you have to be careful when carrying it around in your pocket loaded.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say
I’m through with non-hidden strobe as well.
I am glad to see more side switches however.

Yeah, I'm done with mandatory cycling through blinky modes as well. But I bought the T2 many months ago in a moment of weakness. It's a decent light, no issues at all with it, but limited in how much I use it since I got my S-mini's.

Good luck! I would love to find one as well (P60 style preferred) I truly cannot believe there aren’t more decent lights available with side switches. So far a couple that have caught my eye are the Diving Specialist XML 3-Mode, the TANK007 HC-128 and the Niteye TS20. None of these are budget lights but there arent many options! I am starting to wonder if something like a L2T could be modified to fit a side switch between the head and the battery tube!

I ended up with the UF-T50. It’s not P60 but that’s not really an issue for me. The UF-T50 is smaller actually.
