26350's and Lii 26650's I need some!

Are these still able to be shipped into the US? I would hate for them to get kept by customs or otherwise not arrive.

I had 4 Liito 26650’s that made it to Los Angeles then got returned to banggood. BG’s service was quick to respond and reshipped them. I did receive them.
