Received mine today, 1 button top!

BG has refunded me $2.75/cell. Thank you Martin, Neal, Zoe, BG for a very satisfactory resolution. :slight_smile:

Take it easy guys… I haven’t even received my cells yet, and if they show up as flat tops I’ll just keep them. I really don’t see the need to submitting a paypal claim, Neil has never failed us with the past groupbuys.

Is there anyone in Montreal interested in a button top? I ordered a flat top a month ago and just received one of the misplaced button tops. I don’t really mind the button top but would trade it if someone has a real need for it.

Too funny. I ordered flat tops a month ago and got button. Oh well. No big deal. I can use them. Just funny.

Order made on January 25. Six batteries arrive today but all flat top.

Also of me as others have proposed a 50% discount if I buy other batteries. The thing is unacceptable. I wrote to them I want a partial refund for each battery. Let’s see what they respond.

Typical no existing BG support. No response to pm, no response to email.

I hope Neal responds to my PM soon. I PayPal’ed my money and Pm’ed with my order # and PP transaction #, but his last post here was a week ago. I will keep the flat-tops. but still need those button-tops.

So it’s a week now from when I paid the extra for the flat tops and pm’d paypal transaction ID to Banggood on here (Neal) I included my order numbers for the original button tops for you to resend.

I haven’t heard anything. No pm, no email, no details on my account to confirm they are sending the original button tops.

Has anybody else who paid to keep their flat tops and emailed banggood on here with paypal transaction ID heard anything back? Anyone received the button tops?

Just a confirmation would be nice.

I made a PayPal payment on 2/17, after BG and I agreed on $2.50 a cell to get new button tops and keep the flat tops.

On 2/19 BG notified me they were shipping the replacements.
On 2/23 I received an email from BG with the tracking number.

This morning, 2/24 the tracking number shows up on both track17 and USPS tracking as being “accepted” in China as, First-Class Package International Service

Past delivery performance indicates it may reach ISC San Francisco around 3/3 and to my mailbox about 3/10

I think Neal and the supply chain are overwhelmed with the job of catching up after CNY and this stuff-up.

I paid the extra per cell, PM’d Neal and lodged my report on my order yesterday.
I’ll give them at least a week or so to catch-up.

Precisely the same here, I paid the 8 times 2.5USD = 20USD with transaction ID and haven’t heard back.

Send Neal 5 emails after paying the 20USD and also no response on those either.

Yesterday I received mine, ordered 8 button top on January 22 but I received 8 flat top.

I will keep they and buy buttom top.
I need to make customs procedures, for this I need a real invoice that matches the card payment and tracking number.
I sent a PM to Neil with these issues. Neil was seen in BLF less than six hours ago, I hope he will answer my PM.

Same situation here , confirmation/acknowlegdment would be appreciated, i’m not mad though, i suppose it must be a lot of extra work for Neal and BG team to keep tab of each individual situation on both platforms.
