4.5" or 100MM multi reflector

I’m looking for a 4.5” (114 mm) multi reflector. maybe like 6x 7x 8x leds. I would even settle for a TIR.

I thought I saw a website somewhere that had a bunch of large multi TIRs, but can’t recall what it was.

If anybody can point me to something that would be great.

Can't guarantee that it'll arrive in perfect condition though.

I’m looking for a multi like this but bigger.

My other option is a plate to hold a bunch of small individual reflectors together.
