Hello,
does anyone knows a charger which can also discharge with current of/over 1A for all bays simultaneously?
Some chargers can do a good current but are limited if more than one or two cells are used.
My S4 can do 1A at 1st and 4th slot, bot only 500mA at 2nd and 3rd slot, my C3100 can do 700mA in every slot but I´m not sure whether the total current is really 2,8A
And it would be very nice if the charger is quiet, my S4 makes always these beeps and the C3100 fan is sometimes very annoying
Maha C9000 and the newest version can do 4 slots at 1A.
Opus BT-3400 can do 4 slots of LiIons at 1A, but only 700mA for 4 slots of NiMH.

I have several Opus chargers — I never realized there was a 700ma max for NiMh — I guess I always use my Maha 9000 — I like the way it lets the batteries rest between stages
Sorry, I wasn’t clear.
My Opus chargers only discharge NiMH at a max of 700mA for 4 slots.
Li-Ions discharge at 1A, for 4 slots.
Chris
Thanks for the feedbacks.
Sounds the Opus 3400 is very similar to my C3100, discharging is also max. 700mA
In the past I saw chargers which can do 500mA discharge per slot in theory but only 600mA overall which slows it massive down if you use all 4 slots.
Do you mean the Maha 9000 Pro with the display at front side?

The only practical differences between the 3100 v. 2.2 and the 3400 v. 2.2 is that the 3400 has the ability to toggle off the display and it has a better, beefier fan. The v. 3.1 has a discharge cutoff of 3.1v and the former two have a 2.8v cutoff.
Chris
Thank you for the info
The 3400 is not to found in my area and the 3100 gets also rare
I don’t know your location, but they’re all over EBay.
Look for seller ‘rdana,’ as he is the man responsible for the 3400.

Found rdana on ebay but to order from USA is not my favorite, about 30$ shipping costs and I´m not sure if I must pay additional taxes or something
Surprisingly I bought a charger with a 1A discharge function for all 4 bays
The weird thing, I bought it without knowing it
It´s the Keeppower L4.
Before i bought it I took a look at the (german) manual which said the discharge is 0,1 A / 0,2 A / 0,3 A / 0,4 A.
So I wonder that I can use the Current + Button to switch also to 0,5A, 0,6A, 0,7A, 0,8A, 0,9A, 1A
It have also a analyze function, actually I think it´s a good one for the price.
OK, now I know the discharge of max. 0,4A is for LiIon while NiMH can be discharged at 1A.
Seems like chargers with 4x 1A discharge of LiIon are very rare, at the moment I only know it for the Opus BT-C3100/3400 and Skyrc MC1000.
Anyone knows other chargers which can discharge LiIon faster than 500mA for all slots?
For 18650 there are testers on AliExpress, however, I’ve no experience with them.
Search “18650 lithium battery capacity tester”.
A fan is probably unavoidable, you need to dissipate 4A x 3.7v = 15W of heat.
1 Thank
Thank you, found those testers also on Ebay.
I used now my ISDT C4 EVO for discharging 2x 600mA and the fan started after some minutes and stopped after the 1st cell was empty.
Don´t want to try the max of the C4, 2x 1,5A would be create overheat or a fan that spin up to the sky
