46mm Driver options

Hi guys.

Now i’ve got a Nightcore EC4S on order, I can go about modding the crap out of some other torches !!!

I’ve got a spare housing which will accept a 46mm driver. Im hoping to use 4x XM-L2 U3 @ 3A each - expecting a genuine 4k Lumens. I’m not really fussed for options, as when this light will be needed, it’ll only ever be used on the highest power setting avalible.

Cooling wont be an issue, 3mm Copper plate in hand, and potentially direct mounted reflector turned from alloy.

Any suggestions welcome - and indeed comments welcome on that LED choice. Budget for this, excluding housing and optics is around $50. although im in the uk, so shipping costs might rack up.

Only options I know of are the SRK drivers from Mtn:

…and both out of stock at the moment.

Thankfully i have no rush for this light. I can wait for a driver. I DID consider independent drivers, but conceded that it was extra hassle with little benefit.
