The GoingGear newsletter said that 4Sevens is rebranding the company to become Foursevens. They will have a new logo, but otherwise it is the same lineup of lights (old branded lights on sale). You can see the new website here:
It could be they are trying to separate their flashlight selling business from their flashlight manufacturing business.
