The three extra prizes are awarded to the members who didn’t finish their build, but tried hard and documented the progress: Judges decided that the last three winners are (in no particular order): ImA4Wheelr, tru3s1lv3r, and tekwyzrd. Just saw that my S/S X6 has arrived in the USA! Strange how shipping works. Normally Chinese sourced shipments arrive via Los Angeles. This one is in Stamford CT, further away from me than LA. So, with a little luck maybe I’ll have it in a week.

My BLF X6 S/S arrived in todays post!! It is in beautiful shape, was packed with foam and so even the cardboard box is in great shape. Clean glass and spotless reflector, all shiny and bright! Sexy blue glowing tailcap as it sits here on my desk. And it works, I placed a freshly 30Q in it and it works through all the modes! Wonderful! It will definitely be a trophy light occupying a place on honor on the shelf. S/S and copper is heavy! Bit looks so pretty!

It’s not the end of the world. I know I for one enjoy the game regardless of prizes. I just don’t under stand why a dealer would commit to doing something so public like this and then not make good on it. To me that seems like, “Hey, there’s my foot, quick shoot it before it gets away”!
