UPDATE:

It seems to only work for some people.

If you go to eBay and click on Summary, and the coupon pops up, you are a chosen one.

Thanks for posting it. I tried that one one a week or two ago, but it didn’t work for me. At any rate sometimes the eBay codes you’ve posted in the past have worked, so thanks! Still worth a try.

It was right on my home page using the app. Bright blue banner. It does say for select customers only, whatever that means.
