I found some on everyone’s favorite auction website by searching for “dichroic cube.”
Many are sold as defective, as they have small chips along the edges.
It seems they are used in projectors and the damage makes them unusable.

I have a few of those at work, I scavenged them from dead (NEC) beamers. I actually did not realise that apart from combining r,g,b,(which is the use in a beamer) they can used the other way around to split in rgb too.
