Acebeam EC60 Turbo not working?

hi

i have an Acebeam EC60 have been using for a while and really like it but recently, I can’t get the turbo mode too activate? could this be the battery? or the light? Low and medium seem to work fine , the strobe seems to work fine just can’t get it to go into high or turbo ? Before I order a new 26650 figure I would ask here.

use unprotected cell or scrap bms from currently owned.

i just ordered 2 Orbtronic High Performance Flashlights Battery. Unfortunately, they are protected and supposedly they are good and are protected up to 25 amps??? i was wondering if it was the light internals or the battery that was not letting me get into turbo mode?

IMO battery protection circuit was a cause of problem.
Had the same issue with TC20 turbo.
Strip BMS from you cell and test.

picked up 2 new high output batteries and still no turbo??? all i get is low, mid and strobe??? i never had this problem with any of my other lights???

i tried new unprotected and new protected cells and same output??? the lite is less them 3 years old acebeam has a 5 year warranty but i have a feeling it will be next to imposable to get them to honor it???
