The Acebeam M1 2.0 Terminator won me over when I took it to the Danube river. It offers a LEP (zoomable) a floodlight and a redlight - perfectly integrated with a UI that turned out WAY BETTER than I realized checking it out at the desk. Also the handling turned from “pretty ok” to something closer like “unbeatable and smart” during actual one-handed outdoor use. You see the light in real-life handling when I stalk a fat beaver. For me the Terminator M1 2.0 is my first LEP, I thought tose are more toys but the way it is done at least in this light it is much more than a laser pointer but an actually very useful lighting device. I paid about 230 USD for the light and in my opinion the price is decent, not just if one considers that alternatives are rare (if there are any) but because it is actually good.
