So my first Acebeam X45 died. Then I bought another one. My second Acebeam X45 has problems after one time of good use. And the sales/support team of Acebeam doesn’t want to do anything about it.
In my opinion this is a low quality product and a low quality support experience. I can’t rely on an Acebeam flashlight to give me light in the dark. And I can’t rely on the Acebeam support team to help me out when their products fail.
