Yeah, most companies making a 30,000 lumen light would use 8 x 18650 (Astrolux MF03, Imalent DX80). Only 4 cells is impressive (for 25 seconds, at least.

What impresses me more is that those cells must have 20A protection circuits. I’ve never seen them that high. I’ve seen a few cells using 15A circuits, but that’s it for 18650’s.
Yep, the Acebeam site shows they have a 20A circuit. Really expensive suckers as well.
