AceBeam got straight back to me this morning, and said I could send them the head for replacement. I’ve asked for the address - the person replying to my email said it would cost me around $20 in postage costs and that delivery would take about two weeks, so I assume he means their China office. But I far prefer that to all the hassle of going through BangGood (weeks of sending emails backwards & forwards, recording videos of the problem, and so on), so I can’t complain - especially as the warranty says the flashlight should be sent back to where it was bought if there are any issues, and to only contact AceBeam if there is a problem with the seller.
