If I add a magnet to the bottom of my M21F, will it effect the e-switch or cause any problems with using the flashlight. I’m going to add it to the outside and not on the inside of the tail cap.
Airfryer silicon magnets are pretty strong, and should fit nicely on to a battery and in flashlights, if you remove the silicone coating, I think.

Adding a magnet to your tailcap is fine. I added some to my Pioneman K36-c lights which have a very similar recessed tailcap like the M21F. (Pics here)

Thanks. I put two of them in it and used epoxy to hold them in there. It takes a lot of shaking to break the hold of the magnets.

The magnet hooked to the carabiner is a generic olight ring magnet. I have seven flashlights that are hanging from these magnets. It makes it really handy.
