From Saturday 15th Sept. 2012 Aldi Australia are selling a kit box with 383 O-ring seals for $6.99, some of which might come in handy for flashlights.

Good stuff. I will have to remember to pick one up. Such a pity there’s no 1mm and sub 1mm o-rings though.

I’ll be picking one up from my local Aldi then. But I have a feeling 80% of them won’t be useful for my torches.
Oh well, I’ll just wrap them around my 18650 cases/holders to add shock-proofness to it.

I’m not a beer drinker. But a long time ago with going out with good neighbours, to be sociable did drink it, beyond my limited tolerance - with unfortunate explosive impact. :frowning:

Yes, they are mainly plumbing seals after all. I doubt too many will be useful for lights, but i bought a kit anyway.

Old Eyes, Fourex has the same effect on me, although the Gold is OK.

Aldi beer (Storm) is pretty good :slight_smile:
